This is a 4-pack of QJZ unitized oil seals, part number CR27438/OB27377.
They are designed for trailer axles rated at 9,000 to 10,000 lbs, specifically for a #99 spindle.
The inner diameter is 2.750 inches (69.85 mm) and the outer diameter is about 3.779 inches (95.99 mm).
They cross reference with Hayes 091030, National B370352BG, and Transcom OB27377.
