This is a like-new OEM GM flip-style keyless remote, part number 13574863.
It's a remanufactured unit but in excellent condition—tested and working, with a new uncut blade included.
So you just need to get it cut and programmed for your car.
It's got remote start and trunk release functions, and it supersedes older part numbers like 13500221.
This particular one is black and fits a bunch of GM vehicles, including Camaro, Malibu, and others that use this style proximity remote.
The manufacturer part number is OHT01060512, and it also crosses to AVL-B01T2AC.
If you need a spare or a replacement for your Chevy, this is a solid, ready-to-program option.
