This is Bachmann's 18\ radius curve track, steel rail, part of their EZ Track system.
It's ready to lay down and connect.

Comes in a pack—I think it's 4 pieces per pack, but check the box to be sure.
It's steel, so it's durable and conducts well.
EZ Track has the roadbed attached, so no messing with ballast or cork if you don't want to.
Just clip it together and run trains.
Great for small layouts or adding curves to an existing setup.
18\ radius is a common size, works for most HO equipment.
