This is a stainless steel exhaust connect pipe from KOlightning, designed for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Ninja 250, model years 2017-2019.
It's the mid-section link tube that connects your header to the muffler.
Diameter is about 50mm (2 inches), length about 150mm (5.9 inches).
Made in China.
